Damage or Loss in Transit:
The Seller accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit. Any such damage should be noted on the carriers paperwork and notified to us within four days of receipt and the goods held for inspection to enable a claim to be made from the carrier. If the goods are lost or not received by you within the estimated number of days as above from date of invoice, email us at email@example.com or phone +353 (0)68 27746 to notify us immediately.
- The Cooling-Off Period:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to submit a ‘Withdraw request’ email to firstname.lastname@example.org in the event that you wish to cancel the purchase. You are required to return the goods within 14 days from the date of the ‘Withdraw Request’ email, in a re-saleable condition to the following address:

The customer is required to bear the costs of return of the goods. Note that we cannot accept goods which have been used, as they will not be in a re-saleable condition.
We can provide you with a refund of the item cost (not the shipping cost) within 14 days of the date of submission of the withdrawal request, provided that we have received the returned goods.
- Where the goods are not satisfactory:
If your goods are damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory upon receipt, you should complain to us in writing immediately (within 3 days of receipt), by email, including a photograph of the problem, an explanation of the problem and a request for either a refund or replacement. We will decide whether to replace or refund the cost of the item and where a refund has been agreed, we will refund you your money within 14 days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank or Paypal account. If you paid by credit/debit card, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact Paypal or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
